Royal Reign Makers exists to create a vibrant, inclusive community where women from all walks of life — retirees, entrepreneurs, professionals, veterans, caregivers, and community leaders — come together to celebrate every season of life.

Purpose & Love
Constance Mitchell founded Royal Reign Makers with a singular, powerful belief: that every woman — regardless of age, background, or life stage — deserves a community that sees her, celebrates her, and supports her fully.
Drawing from her own journey and the wisdom of women around her, Constance built more than a chapter. She built a royal family — a place where retirees and entrepreneurs, veterans and caregivers, professionals and creatives all find their place at the table.
Her leadership philosophy is rooted in the Five F's: Fun, Friendship, Freedom, Fitness, and Fulfillment. These aren't just words — they are the living commitments that shape every event, every program, and every relationship within Royal Reign Makers.
Through strategic partnerships with the Doolittle Active Adult Center, veteran organizations, wellness providers, and Las Vegas community leaders, Constance has woven Royal Reign Makers into the fabric of the city — creating impact that reaches far beyond the chapter walls.

Constance founded Royal Reign Makers with a vision to create a community where every woman is seen, celebrated, and supported. Her leadership philosophy is rooted in the belief that experienced women carry wisdom and joy that deserve to be honored.
